Email inbound

Customers can contact you using a popup (such as the Chat popup) or using the dedicated email inbox {your_accoun_alias}@wiry.email. All emails you receive in this dedicated inbox will be delivered to you via Slack grouped into conversations (or via another Connector).

Setting up your own email address

You can create your own email address, e.g. support@example.com and simply forward all emails to your dedicated inbox {your_accoun_alias}@wiry.email. The forwarding rules have to be configured on your email server, with your hosting provider.
