Create and edit documents¶
Create a new document¶
- Navigate to Documents
- Click the “Add Document“ button
In the editing view of a document, you are presented with the document editor on the left side and the configuration options on the right side. When you are creating a new document, make sure you choose the correct “Document ID“ which helps the platform identify the purpose of the document.
To publish and show the document to visitors, it must be marked as Published.
When you are still working on a document, its status should be set to Draft as it allows you to save changes without creating a new version. If you try to update an already published document, a new version of the document will be created.
